During the tests carried out by Mercedes Sanchez Usabilidade, the users think aloud while browsing through the site .
Some statements are unpublishable, others express satisfaction and give important warnings for those who are responsible for the site.
We pass the floor to the user:
“This step here is tiring. I did it, but I didn't think it was good.”
“How do I type the date, with or without a slash, 06 or 2006?”
“There are too many things on this page. It's difficult to locate what I want.”
“I'm going to need magnifying glasses to read this right here.”
“They ask for so much information, I think it's going to be faster if I buy it in person. If I go to their site it's because it has to be faster and easier, and not more complicated. I’ll give up.”
“I wonder if it's right here? This page does not have a headline.”
“Now it says that I have to fill out this part, but they didn’t highlight what is mandatory.”
“It's amazing, but I can't find the company's address and phone numbers here in the site.”
“I don't have the patience for this, I'm not going to fill out all this info, I give up.”
“It's better separated, friendlier than the first, and perhaps, it's even going to be easier to visualize what I want.”
“I did not notice that this was a link, this is why I didn't even think about clicking on it.”
“It has too many technical terms and it is difficult for a woman to understand it, but I think that it's complicated for men too. “
“Maybe it's here, but I don't know, it's in English and I couldn't understand what they meant by this.”
“They put one piece of information inside another and I have to guess where they have put what I need.”
“Now I want to buy it and I don't know where to click, isn't this something?”
“Here, on this site, you know right away that you're going to waste time looking for basic things like what happened with the other site. I prefer this one, for sure.”
“Wow, I just realized that this site does not have a search engine and, by looking at this (on the menu), I have no idea where I'm going to find this information.”
