This podcast is about usability of various systems, from web sites to call center systems. It talks about how companies can differentiate themselves from the competition, by making their systems easier to use, or in other words: effective, efficient and pleasant for users.
The interview with Mercedes Sanchez was done by the ECA-USP professor, Luli Radfahrer, who has a Ph.D. in digital communication and has worked in the internet sector since 1994.

The way to provide effective international user experience is doing local user research studies, with local users.
