Global User Research Blog - 19/03/2010

International user experience researches have become the rule for global products that intend to reach their peak potential in each of the different countries where it is present. These studies bring valuable information about how users of a certain country and culture interact and what they expect of the featured product.

But cross-country tests and studies are very challenging and always involve a high level of complexity. Differences in language, culture and standards, as well as logistics and infra-structure planning are some of the obstacles that come up at each project.

With this in mind, members of the User eXperince Alliance (UXalliance) have created the Global User Research Blog , which gathers experiences and insights from some of the most experienced UX professionals when it comes to crossing borders and researching with users from multiple countries.
