Handbook of Global User Research is officially published - 06/11/2009

The book, "Handbook of Global User Research" has just been released in the USA. It is the result of months of work by a team of professionals spread around the world. Usability and user experience specialists from 20 companies took part in the book, telling their stories, their errors and their successes in studies conducted all around the globe.

The book follows the stages of a typical project and gives practical information about preparation, field work, analysis, presenting results and managing a global study. You will be able to find out about problems, solutions, unusual cases, funny occurences, and many lessons that come directly from the specialists’ experience.

Mercedes Sanchez is one of the co-authors, in collaboration with other professionals from companies that are part of Uxa - User Experience Alliance, the international network of companies specialized in usability. The author of the book is the specialist Robert Schumacher.
