World Usability Day in São Paulo - 06/11/2009

World Usability Day will be celebrated in São Paulo with an event that will bring together professionals and students of user experience. The usability specialist Mercedes Sanchez is going to give a talk about Global User Experience Studies.

Mercedes will talk about her experience participating in inumerous global studies. She will also present the book, which has been newly released in the USA, of which she is a co-author along with professionals from 20 different countries, "Handbook of Global User Research”.
