Facilities
The testing and user research facilities are our partners. We have access to over 40 usability labs in São Paulo and in the main Latin America capitals.
They are located in the financial heart of the cities. They are also easy for the participants to get to and for our clients to find high quality hotels nearby.
All our partner labs have equipment for simultaneous translation and we provide translators for a wide range of languages. The English and Spanish simultaneous translators are experienced in user research studies.
We also have portable labs for "in situ" testing.
Our partner's one-way mirror rooms are located in easy-access areas of Sao Paulo, like this pleasant house next to Avenida Paulista, the financial heart of the city.
One-way mirror rooms are fully equipped and the observation rooms have large LCD screens to give a close-up of the interface for observers.
