Mercedes Sanchez Usabilidade is a Usability and User Experience Research consultancy firm working in Brazil since 2003. We are one of the first usability companies in Brazil, started by the usability specialist and journalist, Mercedes Sanchez.
Our consultants have degrees in human-computer interaction, communication and engineering. We do local and international studies. Our consulting services include usability testing on web sites and mobiles, expert evaluation, focus groups and contextual/ethnographic research in Brazil, Mexico and other Latin American countries.
Mercedes Sanchez Usabilidade is the first and only Brazilian company to be associated to UXA - User Experience Alliance, an international network of User Experience firms in Europe, Asia, Australia and America.
We use well equipped one-way mirror rooms for usability tests and qualitative researches.
Our usability research specific equipments and software assist user observation and result analysis.
